Bristol Pride Festival
Bristol Pride runs events across the city, and my work with them focuses on helping shape how the festival is documented and communicated.

Bristol Pride is one of the UK’s largest Pride events, celebrating LGBTQ+ rights, community, and visibility.
I’ve been proud to collaborate with the team over several years — beginning with various voluntary projects and growing into a creative partner, primarily focused on video. The festival’s values closely align with my own, and I continue to enjoy capturing its energy, love, and, its message of equality.
2025
Continuing the collaboration by producing social media promotional videos in the lead-up to 2025, using footage from the previous year. I’m also delivering both the full festival aftermovie and a shorter highlights film for social channels.
2024
This was the first year the entire two-week programme of events was captured alongside the main festival day. The content produced spanned daily updates, social-ready edits, and a full aftermovie that reflected the scale and spirit of the event like never before.
2021
As the festival returned to its physical form post-lockdown, this year was about reigniting excitement and rebuilding momentum. I produced ad campaigns in the lead-up, created a refreshed sponsorship pack, and crafted the Bristol Life Awards submission that won 'Event of the Year'. It was a year that celebrated growth, resilience, and the power of community.

2020
With the festival moving online due to the pandemic, the focus shifted to creating video content that could still engage audiences and reflect the pride and connection of the event in a virtual format. Campaigns were tailored to both landscape and portrait formats to suit a wide range of digital platforms.
2019
Tasked with announcing the festival’s move to a new, larger location, I created a launch video that carried both clarity and excitement. This shift marked a major milestone in the festival’s journey, and the video helped communicate its significance across press and social channels, giving Bristol Pride a bold new visual identity moving forward. I also edited the official aftermovie that year, leaning into a more emotional style that echoed the tone of video content at the time.
